“Bahwa yang bersangkutan mendapatkan Pembebasan Bersyarat pada 20 Juli 2022,” kata Kabag Humas dan Protokol Ditjenpas Kemenkumham, Rika Aprianti, Rabu (20/7/2022).
Rika mengungkapkan, Habib Rizieq Shihab telah memenuhi syarat administratif dan substantif untuk mendapatkan program pembebasan bersyarat. Habib Rizieq juga telah menandatangani dokumen pembebasan bersyarat pada Selasa, 19 Juli 2022, kemarin.
“Bahwa yang bersangkutan telah memenuhi syarat administratif dan substantif untuk mendapatkan hak remisi dan integrasi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI Nomor 7 Tahun 2022,” kata Rika.
Sebelumnya Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur menghukum Rizieq Shihab 4 tahun penjara dalam kasus penyebaran berita bohong hasil tes swab di RS Ummi Bogor. Namun Mahkamah Agung memutus mengurangi hukuman Rizieq Shihab, menjadi 2 tahun.
